Line Boring

We use top of the line Climax Equipment, such as a BB5000 and Auto Borewelder. The BB5000 turns 1 1/4 - 2 1/4 inch bars while the Borewelder welds from .0875 - 21 inches. - freeing up the machinist to work on the next task - REDUCING your down time and saving you money.

Portable Milling
We can weld and machine flat surfaces on site. This saves you the expense of cutting off the entire castings and having to relocate new castings. This saves you the cost of purchasing the castings and possibly mis-aligning the castings.

Structural Frame Repairs
We use a Miller 500 welder and MI-T-M Air compressor giving us the ability to perform proper frame repairs bringing your equipment back to factory specifications.
